With the Okra Solar Pod project, we developed a thermal dissipation structure for the solar charge controller, emphasizing a highly efficient heat sink. This was vital for system durability and reliability, especially for deployment in third-world countries. Balancing advanced thermal management with cost-effectiveness was crucial to ensure affordability in underserved areas. Our design achieved superior thermal performance within budget constraints, highlighting our ability to solve complex engineering challenges efficiently.
